Dyspepsia/Acidity:
Dyspepsia also called Indigestion and acidity is a common disease in Asia especially South Asia. There are two types of dyspepsia, functional dyspepsia and peptic ulcer disease, gastroesophageal reflux disease and Helicobacter pylori (H.Pylori) infection are also the cause of dyspepsia, symptoms, and treatment of all is the same.
Signs and symptoms:

Symptoms of dyspepsia is hurt burn, nausea, abdominal fullness, bloating, overall greater distress and anxiety, and upper abdominal pain, This is commonly due to gastroesophageal reflux disease and gastritis, these symptoms may the pre-symptoms of peptic ulcer.

Causes:
Main cause of dyspepsia is taking wrong food like spicy and junk foods, eating too quickly, eating high-fat foods, eating during stressful situations, or drinking too much alcohol or coffee, so many drugs cause dyspepsia for example aspirin, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), Some Antibiotics, and so many kind of drugs, Helicobacter pylori infection, anxiety is also a cause of dyspepsia, some diseases cause dyspepsia like coronary disease, congestive heart failure, diabetes mellitus, hyperparathyroidism, thyroid disease, and chronic renal disease. liver and gastrointestinal diseases are the cause of dyspepsia.
Treatment:
Some herbal medicines like peppermint and caraway are effective for the treatment of dyspepsia, changing lifestyle can effect on acidity, proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) Omeprazole, esomeprazole, lansoprazole, rabeprazole, pantoprazole  are also so effective, antacids, H2-receptor antagonists (H2-RAs), prokinetic agents, and antiflatulents drugs are used to treat dyspepsia.
