Joints Pain


Joints Pain:
In south Asia joints, pain is a common disease, 30% of people over 50 age are involved in this disease, contaminated water and food, overworking, lack of calcium and poor food are the causes of joints pain.
Causes:
Taking the Wrong type of food such as a lot of use of cold water and cold drinks & food made with ice, Calcium deficiency, increased uric acid, arthritic pain, and gout are the causes of joints pain,
Signs and symptoms:

In joints pain, there is difficulty in sitting or standing, sometimes arms muscle pain and back pain, in increased uric acid all body pain including head pain occurs, in arthritis, there is pain with swelling of joints. In sever conditions pain with fever occurs.
Treatment:
NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) are given, like ibuprofen, flurbiprofen, meloxicam, Lornoxicam, diclofenac sodium, diclofenac potassium, aceclofenac, etc, physical therapy also needed,  physical exercise of the affected joint reliefs the pain, several types of  medicines are given for the type of disease to treat. Sometimes surgery or low-level laser therapy also needed.
